Held under the trees in a peaceful natural setting, this intimate, outdoor breathwork experience journey weaves together conscious breathwork, gentle EFT tapping, intuitive healing, and guided inner connection.

Join the Journey

We will gather in a secluded area of Tanawha Botanical Gardens, surrounded by trees, fresh air,

& the natural rhythms of the environment. You’ll be invited to rest on the earth, breathe beneath the canopy, and allow nature to support your nervous system as you journey inward. The space will be simple, grounding, and thoughtfully curated to encourage ease, openness, and connection.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and well held.

Come as you are — there is nothing to prepare, nothing to fix & nowhere else you need to be.

Common Questions

Do I need prior experience with breathwork?

No experience is necessary. The session is suitable for all levels, and guidance will be provided throughout.

What should I bring to the event?

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. All other materials will be provided.

Is the event suitable for all ages?

Participants must be 18 or older. If you have health concerns, please consult your physician before attending.

How many people will be in the group?

The circle is limited to 6 participants to ensure a supportive and personalised experience.
